Executive Assistant to Lead Team
As the Executive Assistant you’ll be able to make real impact and be an immediate assistant of the founder & CEO and supporting executive team. In this unique opportunity and special learning experience, you’ll serve as a key intermediary and assistant, as well as a business partner in helping FIN. through a period of rapid, industry-defining growth. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, have at least some administrative experience, exceptional attention to detail and superb organizational skills. This position offers a ton of variety of challenges and learning opportunities.

/ RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Serve as the right-hand of the CEO & COO and conduct special projects for the CEO and company

+ Help lead FIN. Digital through a period of expansive growth with support in business development

+ Act as a primary point person for high-level executive contacts, providing support, preliminary interactions, and follow-up

+ ‪Support the CEO with research, information and analysis

+ Handle dynamic calendar management to coordinate complex internal and external meetings, presentations, and travel

+ Strategically manage and maintain the schedule of the CEO and COO so that every day is efficiently organized

+ Manage professional obligations of the executive team, appointments, and meeting scheduling, logistics, etc.

+Work with executive team to coordinate communications, agenda planning, logistics and follow up on action items

+ Provide detailed data, information and resources in preparation for meetings

+ Handle a large volume of communications including answer calls, screen calls, take messages, and re-direct to the appropriate person

+ Handle multiple tasks, switching priorities and focus as needed

+ Assist with general office errands, support and assistance with various administrative tasks and projects as needed. 

+ Assist with adhoc projects as needed.
Digital Delivery Director
The Digital Delivery Director is a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about partnering to create amazing work. You will work closely with creative, strategy and account teams.  You will assume a Player / Coach role and have the ability to provide technical oversight and Solution Architecture direction to both technical and non-technical teams. The Digital Delivery Director will also need to be someone who understands the linkage between deployment and technology.

/ RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Aid the team and the client in assessing digital needs, defining solution elements, prioritizing these taking into consideration technology, budget and time lines

+ Work with account and functional leads to develop scopes of work and pricing based on business and functional requirements

+ Identify, build and manage a growing team of digital solution architects, front end developers, platform developers, etc.

+ ‪Lead the team to ensure that projects are managed successfully (i.e., on time, on budget, high quality, smooth process, satisfied clients)

+ Contribute to the creation of digital delivery management processes and procedures to standardize delivery efforts as
the group grows

+ Communicate project status to teams and clients on a regular basis

+ Ensure proper change management documentation is executed as scope changes or project priorities shift, and that new requirements are communicated to his/her delivery team

+ Ensure User Experience deliverables including Site Maps and Wireframes meet user and business goals

+ Support the company’s new business development and sales efforts by providing strategic delivery guidelines, scope and timeline guidance and budget estimates

+ Play a hands-on executive program management role on a small number of strategic client programs 
Front-EnD Developer
As a Front End Developer, your mission will be to implement front end technologies that enable elegant, yet mission critical, user experiences.  You'll ensure that our application UI works the way it’s supposed to and users are delighted in their interactions with the platform. Thanks to our flat organizational structure, you'll be reporting to and working very closely with our Head of Technology as well as collaborating with our other developers, creative team and management. You'll need to be well organized and know how to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

/ RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Proven, demonstrable knowledge of standards-compliant, responsive, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

+ Experience with Javascript frameworks such as Angular, Ember,
    React.js

+ Experience integrating with PHP/MySQL, Drupal, and Wordpress

+ ‪Experience with CSS preprocesses (Sass, Less)

+ Deep experience with responsive coding techniques & patterns

+ Strong understanding of usability and accessibility issues across all device types

+ Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues

+ Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite for preparing assets.

+ A good eye for clean design and typography

+ Bonus points for back-end development experience 
UX/UI Designer
The UX|UI Designer will be responsible for using user-centered design principles to design experiences that solve challenging problems. You will ideate on new and innovative concepts and develop wireframes and specifications. You and your visual design partner will design new systems and keep up with the current one. You will be working in-house with a unique opportunity to incubate and deliver the final product unlike other design teams that you may have been part of. You will work on a wide range of challenging commerce and logistics problems with product managers.

+ Has a strong understanding of web standards and best practices.

+ Is able to work with UI patterns and a visual style guide.
Business Development Lead
The Business Development Lead will recruit ecosystem of sources and partners. Make initial calls, connect with the right people, set up CTO meetings, drive action steps toward presenting proposals, and secure closure of deals that the team and company value most. Maintaining detailed tracking of your progress and the market needs is a must.  Be the first responder to sales inquiries, channel leads, RFPs, etc. Ability to overview the company and give an extensive sales presentation. Ability to sell the value of our services and convert value into ROI. You know how to sell to companies and through an RFP. You are skilled at bringing disruptive and new approaches to customers.
